Data We Collect
- Account information: agency name, email address, team member names and roles
- Usage data: scans run, prompts tracked, fixes generated, pages visited
- Brand data: brand names, competitor names, tracked prompts you configure
- API key metadata: provider names, last-used timestamps (keys themselves are encrypted)
- Billing information: plan type, invoice history (payment methods are tokenized by Stripe)
Data We Do NOT Collect
- End-user data from your clients websites
- Browser history or personal browsing data
- Credit card numbers (processed entirely by Stripe)
How We Use Data
Your data is used exclusively to provide the CitationGuard service: running AI engine scans, generating visibility reports, creating fixes, and sending alerts. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Your Rights
- Access: Export all your data at any time via API or Reports
- Deletion: Delete your workspace and all associated data from Account Settings
- Correction: Update agency and brand information from Settings
- Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your data
